Emails will be our primary means of contact. We use your email address to send you invitations to participate in new surveys and contact you with messages about Biz-Buzz. However, on occasion, we may contact you by SMS, by calling you, or by sending a postal questionnaire to your registered address. We would take your permission to do so, where possible. All our surveys are for genuine research purposes, and your answers will never be used to try to sell you something at a later date.
Biz-Buzz caters to organizations and market research companies seeking authentic consumer opinions. We help them by delivering your views on issues related to their products or services and are accordingly remunerated for this service. Our members are, in turn, rewarded for their time and participation in each survey.

Biz-Buzz is an independent community of decision-makers across various domains. It is open to all who can provide genuine and valuable insights for the members of the community and thus, charges no cost for membership.
No. While we look forward to your continued participation with Biz-Buzz and its surveys, you will be under no obligation to sign up with us for a minimum period. If you wish to unsubscribe or cancel your Biz-Buzz membership at any time, please log in to your account and click on the Account Settings icon on the top right corner (dropdown next to your avatar) and select “UNSUBSCRIBE.” Once you confirm your account termination, you won’t receive any correspondence from Biz-Buzz.

On the Biz-Buzz dashboard, you can access your profile, discussion forum, FAQ, survey history, redemption history, review history, and reject history. You may also see a list of surveys that are running, those that are about to close, and those that you have saved for later. From your dashboard, you can also recommend a colleague/refer a friend.
Emails may become lost as a result of heavy Web traffic. Check your email, as well as your SPAM/JUNK folder, by refreshing the website. Please contact us if you have not received it after three days by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , and we will take necessary action.
When an account engages in fraudulent activities or has multiple accounts impersonating other accounts, we may suspend it temporarily or, in some cases, permanently.
Depending on your experience, you could be invited to surveys related to any number of global topics and interests. You could be asked for your feedback on various topics related to your work experience on the Biz-Buzz platform or put forth your views on specific media trends.
Each survey we invite you to participate in is based on carefully analyzing your role and interests. However, if you do not wish to participate in a particular survey, you could always choose not to participate in the survey. Hopefully, there will be other surveys that will interest you.

Yes, you can participate in surveys through any mobile device, tablet, or PC/laptop. If our client requests a survey completed solely on a mobile device, we will state this in your invitation.
Unless explicitly specified in the survey that it can be completed in multiple iterations, most survey links are valid for one-click only; we suggest you try to finish the survey in the first attempt.
Every time! Your time and opinions are important to us and will be significantly rewarded. Each survey you complete successfully will help you earn reward points which can be redeemed as gift vouchers, gifts, etc.
To redeem points for vouchers, you must have a minimum of $50 . If you have more than $50 and the problem persists, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will investigate as soon as possible.

For each survey you complete successfully, you could earn anywhere up to $25 (depending on the type and complexity of the survey). Participate in feedback surveys that are sent to you as panelists.
Points have a validity of 12 months.
Log in to your Biz-Buzz account with your ID and password to see the accrued reward points on the dashboard. You can also see the history of your total earned/spent points under the sub-section.
When a friend registers and successfully completes three surveys, you will receive $15 in rewards for every referral.
If one of your peers has suggested you, you will be given a referral code. Alternatively, you may skip this step and continue with the registration procedure as is.
We value your time and opinion so each time you participate in a discussion forum you will be rewarded, which can be redeemed into gift cards and vouchers.
Once the responses are reviewed and the discussion topic is closed your reward will be available in the reward section of your dashboard.
When a question or discussion topic is available, you'll get an email inviting you to participate. Additionally, a notification will be sent to your ocular care account, and you may also check the invitations section of the discussion forum for it.
